Beauty is a bridge to the divine

Arranging beauty was my earliest form of worship. I can still remember my own tiny fingers gathering weeds that sprung from cracks in a wall, roses and herbs from gardens, to offer as gifts… each little nosegay an expression of my divine essence, my heart in my hand. Then, it was furniture in my room- my tiny self wedged between a wall and a bed shoving with my feet to get it “just so!”

Now, creating spaces infused with meaning and aligned with a specific intention has become a passion.

Beauty is essential.

I believe that beauty is an essential human need, and an often overlooked -or deprioritized one. Beauty is an invitation to awe and wonder. Wonder changes the frequency in every cell of your being- this shifts energy and can’t help but lead to transformation. Many studies have now confirmed what we’ve innately known all along: our immediate surroundings directly impact our bodies, minds, chemistry, energies and emotional world.

My unique process

I have fused my skills in healing and my intuitive eye, and the unfolding principle of living design. Using kinesiology to determine materials and their placement, I arrange the space to align with your need, intention and vision.
I work with organics, textiles, light and flowers to influence the experience. I also energetically clear and consecrate the space.
Whether it be a holy place in your home, a special event, a hospital room, a sanctuary for the bed-bound, a birth, or even end of life, I would love to partner with you to create a purposeful and beautiful setting.

Altar + Holy Place

Transforming a room, a nook or shelf, or porch into a sanctuary or alter space has been a spiritual practice for millennia. This creates s tangible place to remember and express your divinity and your intimate connection to your Creator. This is a potent practice, regardless of the size or space devoted to it. This can form a bridge to explore ongoing practices or rituals from there.

Sanctuary for Bed Bound

To create a peaceful Sanctuary for someone who is, for any reason, bed-bound is needed and holy work.

Being bed-bound is very intense and complex for both the person in the bed and their loved ones. Often I see waves of despair, confusion, moments of deep intimacy, tenderness, fear, and the chaos of juggling the 1001 things on top of pain and suffering… Everyone’s nervous systems become on edge and dis-regulated. Decision fatigue is overwhelming.

While transforming the environment does not magically erase all this, it does create tangible tranquility and an oasis to anchor into. Nervous systems become more regulated, breathing naturally becomes deeper and the natural law of peace shifts much inside and out. The effects are profound.

In crises, beauty is often overlooked, or de-prioritized by caregivers, A need so deeply unconscious, few would think to ask for it to be met. (I’ve been there.) As such, this service could be a very special gift, or investment made in your healing journey- or that of a loved one.

There are endless causes, recovering from an acute injury, surgery, navigating a season of chronic illness or pain, or a soul transitioning from this life.

Ceremony + Events

Are you planning a retreat, circle, gathering, ceremony, or other event? Aligning with the intention that you have set in motion, I will “set the stage,” creating an atmosphere for transformation. -The scope may vary from a single focal point such as a mandala or alter space to a multi-room venue.
